Miso making workshop at “Gojyuan” in Sep.

Make Miso the traditional way, using Organic soy beans, Koji culture and sea salt. Without the need for pre-packaged products with all of their nasties, this workshop will teach you to make traditional Japanese Miso from scratch at Ryokan GOJYUAN!!!

-1 DAY Miso making workshop includes-

●Handmade Miso

●Variety of delicious miso recipes: Spicy miso paste, Creamy mis
o dressing, Seasonal vegetable miso soup and more
●Sweets (will be prepared for you before the class)

*You will take about 300-500g miso home with you to rest for a year. It will be worth the wait!!!

*Containers for the miso will be provided.

-Time: 11:30am(Session is 3 hours/ incl. light lunch)

-Fees: $95pp (incl. ingredients and equipment, recipes, light lunch and healing tea)
