お申込み方法  Booking Procedure
1. 上記フォームにてお申込みいただくと Send a booking request using the above form
2. そらまめより確認メールが届きます You will receive an email from Soramame regarding vacancies
3. その後下記のお支払い方法でご入金いただき Pay by one of the following methods
4. そらまめより確定メールが届き、ご予約完了となります You will receive a confirmation email from Soramame

• クラス及びリトリートは定員がありますので、予めご予約ください。Class or retreat sizes are limited so bookings are essential.
• お申込み後、お支払いをいただき、ご予約確定となります。Fees for classes or retreat must be paid in advance to secure your booking.
• ご予約確定後にお客様の都合でキャンセルされる場合は、いかなる理由でも返金できませんので予めご了承ください。その際は、ご家族やご友人の方にお譲りいただき、代わりにご出席いただくことをおすすめします。Payment cannot be refunded in the event for any reason.You can send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
• 当方の都合でクラス及びリトリートがキャンセルになる場合は、全額返金させていただきます。If due to exceptional circumstances, a scheduled class or retreat has to be cancelled, a full refund will be given.

＊食品のアレルギーなどがある場合は、お申込み時にお知らせください。Please inform us if you have any special dietary requirements.
＊メニューは諸事情により変更になる場合もあります。Menus are subject to change.

お支払い方法  Payments
お申込み確認後、以下の方法でお支払いください。Payment can be made by the following methods

1. インターネットバンキング、または銀行からの振込  Direct deposit

*インターネットバンキングの際は Name欄またはreference欄 に必ずお申込み者のフルネームをご記入ください。Please put your name in the name or reference section so that I can identify your payment.
*銀行から直接お振り込みいただく場合は、お振込後に必ずメールにて、振込日とフルネームをお知らせください。
