Making white sauce and cheese without dairy!!

Concerned about your intake of  preservatives, animal fats, dairy, eggs and refined sugar?  Without the need for pre-packaged products with all of their nasties, this series of cooking classes will teach you to make a delicious meal from scratch, with ease!

In our next cooking class, we will make warm winter food.

●Dairy-free creamy gratin

●Roasted pumpkin and walnuts salad

●Pickled daikon and carrot

●Crushed fruits jelly with agar agar

*Served with sourdough bread(not home made)
