Red miso(赤味噌) making June, July

Make Miso the traditional way, using Organic soy beans, Koji culture and sea salt. Without the need for pre-packaged products with all of their nasties, this workshop will teach you to make traditional Japanese Red miso from scratch!

●Handmade Red miso

*You will take about 400-500g miso home with you to rest for a year. It will be worth the wait!!!
*Containers for the miso will be provided.

-Venue: Soramame Kitchen, 7-8 mins walk from Bondi Junction Station.
-Fee: $130pp (incl. ingredients and equipment, recipes, glass jar for miso take away, a tasting miso)
-Class size: 3-5 people

*As we use organic, biodynamic and chemical free produce ingredients may vary according to seasonal availability.
*If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know when you are booking.
*This is a hands on cooking class, so we ask that you remove any hand jewellery and may ask you to wear gloves if you have nail art.
*We will advise you of the exact address once your booking has been confirmed.
