Winter warming Polish dishes with a Macrobiotic twist

As we approach winter and the weather takes a cold turn, it’s the perfect time to start eating foods with a warming energy. What better way to do that than to derive inspiration from Poland, a country with a harsh winter and a tradition of foods to beat the chill. Chihiro Kownacki will once again join us in the Soramame Kitchen to teach us how to make stuffed cabbage rolls and other Polish delights!
