SAKE x Otsumami cooking at Gojyuan

Restaurants often offer wine matched meals, where a sommelier will select wines that enhance the experience of the culinary offerings. A delicious and merry experience!

On Sunday 5th June, at the beautiful ryokan style Gojyuan in Balmian, Soramame and the famous Yoshikubo Sake Brewery in Japan will collaborate to present a sake matching event. Participants will learn to make a variety of delicious ‘Otsumami’, Japanese style bar snacks, which will each be paired with an exquisite sake. An experience not to be missed!
