Japanese style Bento with a macrobiotic twist

Concerned about your intake of  preservatives, animal fats, dairy, eggs and refined sugar?  Without the need for pre-packaged products with all of their nasties, this series of cooking classes will teach you to make a delicious meal from scratch, with ease!

In our next cooking class, we will make Japanese style bento.

●Brown rice

●Grain balls with quinoa and kidney beans
●Kuzu yose tofu
●Goma-ae sauce and variety of delicious sauces 
●Quick pickles
●Furikake, Goma shio
●Home made instant miso soup

●Cereal bar and more

Bento containers are not included.

-Date: Sunday 26, Monday 27 October
-Time: 11:00-14:00 (incl. sit down lunch)
-Venue: Soramame Kitchen, 7-8 mins walk from Bondi Junction Station. 
-Fee: $90pp (incl. ingredients and equipment, recipes, a sit down meal and healing tea)
-Class size: 2-6 people
-Bring your own apron
