Spring detox recipes using koji in September

In this class you will learn to use tamari koji, shio koji and ama koji to make detox dishes that will help you to lose the winter fat stored inside your body. Koji is used to create fermented products and have been used in traditional Japanese cooking to create ‘umami’.
This series of cooking classes will teach you how to use koji products in your cooking!

What is koji>>

●Shio koji soup with spring vegetable and Bean noodle
●Sprig cabbage, apple and perl barley salad with shio koji dressing
●Steamed vegetables with sesame and Tamari Koji sauce
●Ama koji jelly with strawberry

*You can also purchase soramame’s koji products on the day. Participant special :1 for $7 or 3 for $20

-Dates: Sun 20, Mon 21 Sept (1 day class)
-Time: 11:00am-14:00 (incl. sit down lunch)
-Venue: Soramame Kitchen, 7-8 mins walk from Bondi Junction Station.
-Fee: $95pp (incl. ingredients and equipment, recipes, a sit down meal and healing tea)
